Returns Policy

Due to the nature of products we sell, we are unable to accept returns on modchips & DIY accesories products unless found to be faulty on arrival, however, for most of our accessories we provide the full 12 month warranty, this would include controllers and power adapters, and cartridges, so long as they are found to be unmodified or tampered with in any way! Customer is responsible for postage back to us, and unless we find the product functional, we will pay for shipping back to the customer, depending on the issue surcharges may occur if a returned product is found to be functioning, tampered, or modified in any way.

All Payments are final when completed.

Shipping

We ship to UK only, please do not contact us to ship elsewhere as we are unable to do so, all our items are shipped via Royal Mail, all items we send are able to be tracked to ensure you receive your products, items are usually shipped on same or next day, however please allow up to 7 working days as delays can occur with weekends, bank holidays, and unfortunately the recent postal strikes.
